I love making muffins and cupcakes for my family but don’t love scrubbing out muffin pans or the waste generated by paper liners. I was very excited to try out Grazia® Baking Cups on one of my usual recipes.

I used my Lemon Blueberry Muffins recipe to test out the Grazia Baking Cups. Instead of using a muffin pan, I stood the muffin cups on a baking sheet as Grazia suggests. I found the muffin cups to be slightly smaller than a typical 12-cup muffin pan cup — my recipe yielded 16 muffins instead of the usual 12. As I’m usually hungry for about 2.5 muffins for breakfast, I found this to be a plus.
The muffin cups look cheerful and were easy to fill. They were firm enough to support a thick batter but flexible enough that the muffins popped out easily after baking. I loved that there was no muffin pan to scrub out and no paper wrappers to throw away (more eco-friendly!).
The set of 24 makes it easy to bake for a crowd and being dishwasher safe is a great feature (even if I don’t have a dishwasher). With no set number of cups like in a muffin tray, the Grazia® Baking Cups make it easy to customize recipes to the exact number of muffins/cupcakes you need. The cups would also make great little snack cups for little ones to serve dry cereal, cut up fruit, etc.
I would recommend these to a friend looking for reusable muffin cups!
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
